Veira Group, a player in consumer electronics manufacturing, has inaugurated its LED production facility in Delhi. Unveiled on 24th October 2024, this unit is designed to produce large-size displays of up to 98 inches using sophisticated Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) technology. The facility aims to increase Veira’s production capability by 70 per cent , enabling the manufacture of up to 3 million TVs annually for both domestic and commercial markets.
The 400,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with a range of modern technologies. Among them, AOI machines ensure precision and accuracy. The unit also features vacuum-controlled, zero-dust clean rooms and robotic production lines to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. These advancements place the facility at the forefront of Industry 4.0 manufacturing standards, showcasing Veira Group’s commitment to integrating state-of-the-art technology and nurturing a skilled workforce for the electronics industry, the company said in a media release.
