The ₹2,106.6-crore book-building issue opened for bidding on November 5. The IPO listing date has been tentatively fixed as November 12.
Sagility India IPO was over all subscribed over 3.2 times on the last day. Retail investors subscribed their quota 4.16 times, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) booked their segment 3.52 times. The non-institutional investors’ (NIIs) category of the IPO was booked 1.93 times.

1. Open the BSE IPO allotment status page.
2. Select ‘Equity’ as the issue type.

Sagility India IPO comprised an entirely offer-for-sale of 70.22 crore shares. The IPO price band was set in the range of ₹28 to ₹30 per share. The application size for retail investors was a single lot of 500 shares, amounting to an investment of ₹15,000.
