Of these, a ₹22 crore order is for the upgradation from high school to higher secondary school (art stream) at Badapada High School in Malkangiri.
The remaining six orders are worth ₹15 crore each. These are:
– Upgradation from Ashram school to high school at Mahadeiput Ashram School, Koraput
– Upgradation from Ashram School to high school at Chandaka Ashram School, Koraput
– Upgradation from Ashram school to high school at Hikimput Ashram School, Koraput
– Upgradation from Ashram school to high school at Salepada PVTG Girls Education Compex, Nuapada
– Upgradation from Ashram school to high school at Dhobei Ashram School, Nuapada
– Upgradation from Ashram school to high school at Birighat Ashram School, Nuapada
The state-run company reported its September quarter results last week. They were higher on some parameters on a year-on-year basis, but the margin witnessed a contraction compared to last year.
NBCC’s net profit increased by 52.8% from the same quarter last year to ₹125.1 crore from ₹81.9 crore. Revenue for the period stood at ₹2,458.7 crore from ₹2,085.5 crore during the year-ago period, implying a growth of 19.4%.
NBCC’s Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹100 crore, which was 4.6% higher than the same quarter last year.
EBITDA margin, however, narrowed on a year-on-year basis by 50 basis points to 4.1% from 4.6% during the same period last year.
NBCC shares were trading 1.39% higher at ₹91.24 apiece at 12.30 pm on Tuesday, November 19. The stock has gained 67.12% this year, so far.
