Bangalore-based real estate major Puravankara Limited has appointed Deepak Rastogi as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 15, 2025.
Prior to this, the CFO role was managed internally by the company’s Executive Director and Group CEO, Abhishek Kapoor, as per the information available on the company’s website.
Rastogi brings over three decades of extensive experience in finance, strategy, and transformation across various industries and international markets. He has held leadership positions, including President & Group CFO at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Ltd., as well as President & Group CFO at TATA Autocomp Systems Ltd.
In another development, Puravankara Limited has promoted Neeraj Gautam, who previously served as President – Finance, to the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
