Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, apart from signing the agreements, met with key executives of various companies and invited them to invest in Maharashtra. He met Tata Group Chairman N. Chandrasekaran. The Tata Group has committed to an investment of ₹30,000 crore in the state.
Chief Minister Fadnavis also met Jacob Aarup-Andersen, CEO of the Carlsberg Group. The Carlsberg Group has expressed its interest in investing in Maharashtra, and the Chief Minister assured them of full support.
Additionally, the Chief Minister met M.A. Yusuff Ali, Managing Director of the Lulu Group, which is active in the retail sector. Yusuff Ali expressed interest in investing in Nagpur and expanding operations in Maharashtra. The Chief Minister also met Sumant Sinha, Chairman and CEO of ReNew Power, and discussed a 15,000 MW pipeline and wind energy project in Beed district.
Deepak Sharma, Managing Director and CEO of Schneider Electric India, also met the Chief Minister. They discussed collaboration in empowering ITIs in the state with the help of the World Bank and using AI in the energy sector. Sharma also hinted at expansion plans in Ahilyanagar and Nashik.
Chief Minister Fadnavis further met Ling Hai, President of Mastercard Asia-Pacific. Discussions were held with Michael Gelchie, CEO of Louis Dreyfus, regarding agriculture, food processing, international shipping, and the financial sector, with a focus on increasing cooperation in agriculture.
Ravi Kumar S., CEO of Cognizant, also met with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis during the event.
